Is this a good plan too lose tummy fat/?

I looked up how to lose belly fat fast. They said to go on youtube and find 8 minute ab workout for three weeks and no soda. Does this mean I continue eating the way I do. Fibre 1 bar for breakfast and water. fibre one bar, water, sometimes fruit and frozen dinner for lunch if not a bagel and then a small portion dinner sometimes with juice, And sweets on weekend if I want? If I eat like that and do the workout, exercise in gym class and do a 24 minute cardio video I’ll be good? What should I change or add if not. I don’t want abs btw just a flat stomach

just a quick thought. check how much sodium is in the frozen dinners and what that adds up to for your daily value. sodium can cause you to hold water which can lead to bloating in the stomach area.
